Natural light, large windows, hardwood floors, styled furniture, flexible rentals all in a gorgeous historical building downtown Brandon (above Chez Angela). Offering hourly rentals perfect for photographers, videographers, podcasters, workshops, creative meetings and a quiet space to dream big.

Creative Studio Rental Pricing

1 hour: $80

90 minutes: $110

2 hours: $135

3 hours: $180

4 hours: $225

6 hours: $270

8 hours: $360

Small Event Rentals: Same pricing as above plus $100

(Baby showers, clothing pop-ups, workshops)

Included + extra add-ons

Included in creative studio rental:

Furniture: 2 stools, high black chair, vintage wooden chair

Add-ons:

For use of all chairs and furniture just add on $10 to rental fee
White paper backdrop: $20 (no cutting, but if cutting is required, we can discuss)
Podcast recording equipment (price dependent on project, please inquire)

How to rent the space:

To rent the space please email nicolewruth@gmail.com letting me know the following information:

- preferred date and time

- items you want to include in rental

-your phone number

Then I will call you to discuss! I'm pretty friendly so even if you aren't sure about the space and have some concerns, I can for sure clear that up for you with a phone call. Studio Policies & Agreement

Set up & clean up must be within your booked rental time. Area must be swept.
Access begins at your start time and ends promptly at your end time. Late departures without permission will be subject to extra fee
Capacity: max 12 people for creative rentals.
Sessions must be paid in full to secure spot. No refunds, but can be rescheduled with 48+ hours notice.
Shoes: clean indoor shoes only (no dirty footwear).
No smoking, vaping, glitter
No pets unless pre-approved
No alcohol
Furniture & studio must be left as found. Extra cleaning, damage, or missing items will result in fees.
You are financially responsible for any damages, missing items, or extra cleaning required after your rental.
Studio Nicole (Nicole Wruth) is not responsible for injury, accident, or loss/damage of personal property during my rental.
Studio must be secured as instructed. If fail to do so, you may be charged a fee or denied future rentals.
Body oils, sprays, and self-tanners are not permitted on furniture.
