A strategic brand photography session designed to create a versatile, content-rich image library for Curbridge Consulting’s refreshed digital presence.
Context
Curbridge Consulting was undergoing a rebrand with a new marketing lead and needed updated imagery that felt modern, approachable, and professional across both of their businesses.
The goal was to build a flexible content library for ongoing website use, social media, and marketing campaigns — not just a set of headshots.
Approach
The shoot was designed to translate brand strategy into visual variety, using client inspiration alongside creative direction to plan a structured but dynamic shoot flow.
I directed all posing and interaction throughout, ensuring the team felt natural on camera while still aligning with a polished, intentional brand aesthetic.
Process
Coverage moved across multiple environments including their office, outdoor street locations, and studio setups.
A detailed shot plan was created ahead of the shoot based on marketing needs, allowing for a balance of boardroom imagery, candid team moments, lifestyle content, and structured portraits.
The focus was on maximizing variety so the final gallery could be used across multiple platforms and content formats.
Outcome
The final gallery delivered a cohesive, high-volume library of brand imagery that continues to be used extensively across both of their businesses.
The content supports ongoing social media, website updates, testimonials, and carousel-based storytelling — becoming a core part of their day-to-day marketing system.

We hired Nicole to do a team photoshoot for my company. She was so easy to work with- sometimes people are nervous or uncomfortable in front of the camera and the entire team said afterwards that Nicole made them comfortable and that she was fun, kind, and brought great vibes. The photos were fantastic- we use them in all our social media, on our websites, and as bios/headshots anytime we speak or present. Nicoles shoots are a great investment, we will absolutely use her anytime we need a shoot!
